This writer uses a chin strap that keeps my mouth firmly shut during sleep so that I breathe well via my sleep Apnea machine, which doesn’t affect my dreams.
On the contrary, since I sleep much better with my mouth firmly closed, I dream better, only because I can breathe better and therefore rest well.
